1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or claiming squares on https://mysterywall.eu.cc or https://10k.mysterywall.eu.cc (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Digital Service

The Platform provides a collective digital collaborative monument consisting of 10,000 distinct coordinate tiles ("Squares"). Purchasing a square grants the buyer the permanent right to display an inscription (typographic text, monogram initials, or vector drawing) on that coordinate of the active canvas.

Purchasing a square is the acquisition of an intangible digital display service on the platform. It does not represent equity, securities, physical property, or financial investment.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the platform are strictly denominated in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). The current standard unit rate is ₹1.00 INR per square (inclusive of all applicable payment processing fees unless explicitly indicated otherwise at checkout).

4. Content Guidelines & Moderation

You agree not to submit any content (text, monograms, or vector drawings) that:

• Contains hate speech, profanity, harassment, defamation, or threats of violence.
• Promotes illegal acts, contraband, or fraudulent activities.
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights.
• Contains malicious scripts, injection payloads, or deceptive hyperlinks.

The Platform reserves the strict right to moderate, redact, or suppress any content that violates these safety guidelines without liability.

5. Payment & Fulfillment

Payments are securely routed through authorized payment gateway partners including Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. Orders are fulfilled automatically upon real-time confirmation from the payment processor: squares are transitioned to PUBLISHED status immediately upon verified transaction success.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network latency, or browser-specific rendering differences.
